Brunch Basket Fizz

A different take on the iconic “Ramous Gin Fizz”.  Often served for brunch, this one is intended for Easter Brunch celebrations and LTO’s.

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1.5oz Premium Dry Gin
.5oz Ea. Fresh Lemon Juice & Lime Juice
1oz Monin® Elderflower Syrup
2oz Heavy Cream
.75oz Pasteurized Egg White
2 drops Orange Flower Water
1oz Top With Club Soda
Garnish
Colored icing decoration inside of glass
Marshmallow peep

Directions

1.
Chill serving glass.
Mark as complete
2.
Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
Mark as complete
3.
Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
Mark as complete
4.
Add garnish and serve.
Mark as complete
